Covered deck design by Keely Smith of JD Elite Interiors

Berkley Road

Berkley Road project was an extensive redesign and renovation of almost an entire main floor of the home creating a stunning West Coast contemporary interior.

It included extending walls, removing walls, deck extension, a new kitchen, new furniture throughout… essentially a complete renovation.

Living room makeover for the Keats House project

Keats House Project

For the Keats house project, our client sought a Modern Boho style, which turned out very, very well. Like the Berkley Road project, it was a fairly extensive renovation including the living room, family room and dining room.

Lennox St house design

Lennox Street House

Lennox Street House is a living room makeover – floor to ceiling. Originally, it was in a traditional style. The homeowners wanted to radically change it to fit in with the more Victorian-style to match the house with a maximalist infusion.

Deck and Outdoor Kitchen Design

This was a unique project in that the client is a popular blogger in the grilling space and hired us to do a design of what he considered the dream grilling deck and back yard.

Open concept vacation property design

Open-Concept Vacation Property

The goal of this project was to unite all 3 living spaces. By darkening the fireplace surrounding walls the living area became the focal point. Comfortable furniture throughout, a heavy timber dining table, and banquette seating in the kitchen make for an inclusive entertaining space.

Living room design with mid-century with rustic undertones for a cottage project

Cottage Design

The main change in this living space is the transformation from a complete wood surround, to white walls. The chalet-feel is preserved by keeping the ceiling and floors in the original wood.

New larger windows bring in more natural light and the extensive library was moved to one single area making it a focal point.

The furniture and finishings are mid-century with rustic undertones. The overall simplification of the space allows for better traffic flow, extra space for guests and an updated style.
